When contacted by the event board for the annual Versailles Poultry Days Festival about creating their iconic “theme” poster for that year, I was ecstatic. The theme I was presented with for the year was “Just One More”, reflecting the idea of the festival-goers going for "“just one more… ride/ game / chicken dinner/ beer / song/ etc”. The goal was to show a family of chickens, and how there is something for everyone at the festival.
